This past winter Liane founded Daughter of the King Ministries to encourage, equip and excel women through the Word of God.
Liane Conaway grew up in the Las Cruces area attending New Mexico State University and graduated with a degree in accounting. While attending college she met and married her husband, Brian Conaway almost 22 years ago. Soon after Michael, Caleb and Cameron were born respectively. With family in focus Liane home educated the boys for 13 years. She has loved being the mom to three boys with each changing stage. Another passion that drives her is her love for the Word of God. Her relationship with the Lord has moved powerfully to sustain the brokenness in her life. This passion spills over to encourage women to love the Lord with all their heart, soul and mind as it brings such hope and healing when life hurts. Liane initiated and spoke at the 1st two city wide women’s conferences; Snapshots; Redemption through Hosea (2015) and Awaken (2017). As she closed her homeschooling doors this past fall she is pursuing ministry as a speaker and writer. Liane’s home church is Calvary Baptist Church.

Christy Buchanan is married to her high school sweetheart and will soon be celebrating 31 years of marriage. After graduating from NMSU and a short time in El Paso, Christy and her husband returned to their home of Albuquerque where they lived for about 20 years. She, and her family, moved back to Las Cruces almost 6 years ago. She has been blessed with three wonderful sons and a beautiful daughter in law. One of Christy’s passions is for people. She enjoys sharing the Lord’s love through relationship with women. She is looking forward to meeting new sisters in Christ.
Marketing and Social Media
Danielle Flores is privileged to be a part of the Awakened team, overseeing promotions and social media for the conference. Danielle is currently a preschool teacher, educating, playing with and generally, being bossed around by 2-4 years olds all day. When she’s not with children at work, she’s with children at Bible Study Fellowship, where she serves as the Children’s Program Supervisor. In an effort to regain sanity and time with her peers, she and her husband, Ray, lead a small group in their home and are active in their church. Almost as much as she loves Jesus, Danielle loves to eat cookies and any other edible substance. She also loves being outdoors with her dogs and doing anything athletic- as long as it involves [her] winning. Her prayer is that this conference will unite women from all over the region in learning more about their Savior, develop a close and meaningful relationship with Him, and that the Spirit would excite and encourage women to spend time in the Word and in prayer with Him. Danielle’s home church is First Baptist Church.
